About Bunda Lincoln Park
Originating in Los Angeles, CA in 2018, Bunda Lincoln Park is now open ! Bunda is a 50-55 min group fitness class, led by a certified fitness trainer, that is half stair master and hald strength training that utulizes progressive overload.
