No previous Pilates experience is needed.A calm, supportive space to move, strengthen, and feel good in your body throughout pregnancy. Guided by Anna Page, who holds a Level 3 Pre & Postnatal qualification, this 6-week course is designed to help you stay active safely, build strength and stability, and better support your body through the changes of pregnancy.
Each session uses classical mat Pilates, thoughtfully adapted for pregnancy, to encourage improved posture, gentle mobility, and a stronger connection to your body as it evolves. The focus is on helping you feel more comfortable, confident, and at ease in your movement as your pregnancy progresses.
Alongside the physical benefits, you’ll be part of a small group of mums-to-be, welcomed into our Southsea studio space to slow down, take time for yourself, and feel supported in a warm, community-focused environment.
