Tools for more succesful goalsetting and how SMART goalsetting is NOT the only way this can be done
Start looking at tools to redeuce perfectionism and self-sabotage, that help you balance expectations and improve your self-compassion
As a fitness professional, former age group and national league level athlete, and a Sport Psychologist i.T I have over 15 years of experience in the health & fitness industry and I use various psychological techniques to support my clients' own abilities to create a more sustainable health & fitness journey for themselves.
