Building your resilience for autumn
Come and join us at Shoreline Studio for a day retreat focused on building resilience as we move towards the colder season. Connect with a friendly group and discover ways to enhance your wellbeing at this time of year.
The day will be an opportunity for you to take a break and re-energise in a calm and supportive space, with:
- Guided mindfulness meditation
- Gentle chi gong & stretching
- Mindful walking
- Relaxing body scan and yoga nidra
- Nourishing food
- Time for contemplation and restorative silence
This is an opportunity to practise vauable mindfulness meditations, to rest, recharge and develop your personal well of strength and balance to draw on for the rest of the year.
Clunie leads regular mindfulness day retreats, and is a Mindfulness Association and BAMBA registered teacher.
