About this Event
Starting or continuing university life can be exciting, but also overwhelming. Whether you are new to university life or returning after a break, emotional resilience is key to managing your wellbeing and navigating challenges.
Join the Residential Life Welfare team and Student Wellbeing Service for Part 1 of a two-part series of interactive and reflective workshops designed to help you build emotional resilience and thrive during your time at university.
The first session introduces key concepts around emotional resilience and includes reflective activities and goal-setting, while the second session provides opportunities for students to reflect on their progress and take part in cognitive restructuring exercises to further strengthen resilience
While this session is especially relevant for international students, all UEL students are welcome to attend and benefit from this session.
What to expect:

- Take part in reflective and goal-setting activities
- Connect with yourself and others in a safe and reflective space
