Welcome to Building Connections: Group Therapy for Young Adults! Join us at Selah Counseling Center on Tuesdays @ 6:30-7:30pm for supportive and engaging group therapy sessions. This time is designed to help young adults navigate life's challenges, build connections with others, and learn valuable coping strategies. Whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, loneliness, or simply looking to connect with like-minded individuals, this group therapy session is the perfect place for you. Come as you are and let's grow together!
This is an open group, you can join anytime! Please sign up so we can accomodate with seating and space! If you can't sign up, please still come. You are welcome here!
