Welcome to our online event Building a Thriving Community of Practice: Supporting Neurodiversity and Inclusion
As part of our PINS programme, we are excited to invite you to join us for an engaging 1.5-hour workshop to explore the themes to establishing a vibrant Community of Practice (CoP). This session will delve into the essential elements of creating a supportive and collaborative space dedicated to promoting and sharing best practices in Neurodiversity and inclusion.
In this interactive session, we will reflect on:
- Defining Purpose and Goals: The importance of working together to clearly articulating the CoP's mission and objectives.
- Identifying Key Stakeholders: Recognising the diverse individuals and groups who might benefit from the CoP.
- Creating a Welcoming and Inclusive Environment: Fostering psychological safety and belonging for all members through reflective practice, co-creation and a sense of ownership.
- Leveraging Technology: Utilising digital tools to enhance collaboration and communication.
- Measuring Success and Evaluating Impact: Assessing the CoP's effectiveness and making informed improvements.
