Why is this topic important for team leaders?
Feeling psychologically safe is a non-negotiable part of being in a team. We know through research that teams that feel included and safe are more productive, have better results and are happier than teams who feel unsafe and stuck. Creating a culture of positivity, respect and psychological safety takes specific learning and practice. This in turn can help a team bring their best strengths to the organisation's most important goals.
