This year's theme, "Secure the Bag," is all about equipping you with the tools to succeed in every area of your life. Through interactive workshops, engaging girl chat, and intentional connections, we will explore topics like Financial Empowerment, Mental Wellness, Leadership, and Personal Growth. You will leave feeling inspired and ready to secure your future.

As always, you can expect a safe and nonjudgmental space, curated especially for Black & Brown girls, that celebrates our diversity, strength, and limitless potential!

Building a Fearless Foundation is an engaging and impactful one-day teen summit designed to empower young black and brown girls (in high school) by fostering confidence, authenticity, mental wellness, career and entrepreneurial aspirations, and financial literacy. Annually, we invite amazing female leaders to enlighten and inspire our young girls in the aforementioned areas. In addition, we hire local minority, woman-owned businesses to further expose our girls to career path possibilities and to contribute to economic mobility in Charlotte, NC.

Fearless Brown Girls® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, based in Charlotte, NC, that is committed to empowering young black and brown girls to achieve financial confidence and independence through fun and engaging educational programs, resources, and mentorship in financial literacy and personal development.
