We've had so many people reach out asking, “What can we do? Where can we show up? How can we help?” and honestly, I’ve never seen this kind of love pour in from so many people at once. It means more than I can put into words.Starting over is tough… but with a family like Joseph Hooker and Hunter Sloane Devine have behind them, I truly believe anything is possible.
The support has been incredible—Lisa Welch, you’ve been amazing. Josh Wyatt jumped in right away to help organize a ride. Randy Boone is stepping up to feed everyone with hot dogs as his donation. Todd Pegram, David Holland, and so many others have reached out with open hearts. Brittany Ryggs from Drift Along Pizza will be there serving up food and donating as well.
My brother Billy Creason is playing the event for free, with all door money going to help. And Lauren Ventre will be back behind the bar one more time slinging drinks and raising hell with every tip going straight to the cause.
This is exactly what I hoped Bodine’s Bar would always be, a place full of heart, community, and people showing up for each other when it matters most. I’m beyond grateful to help create this moment for my best friends.
Hunter has been with me since day one, helping build Bodine’s into what it is today. The name, the respect, the atmosphere… all of it.

Final stop: working on making it to Duke’s Tavern, just like Joe wanted
Sorry for the long post… just a heavy heart and a whole lot of gratitude. I can’t wait to see everyone, feel that big ol’ bar hug, and come together for something that truly matters.
