Join us for a Buddhist bell sound bath meditation — a unique experience where sacred sounds and ancient mindfulness meet the modern heart. This will help you to be spiritually aligned and to calm your mind as you spend time with people during the winter holiday season.

After the session, you’re invited to visit our small Buddhist gift shop, offering matcha sets, Buddhist bells, and high-quality incense imported from Japan — to continue your mindfulness practice at home.

About the Facilitator

Immerse yourself in the resonant tones of Buddhist bells, a tongue drum, and a low-frequency chant, guided by Rev. Dr. Kyohei Mikawa, Ph.D. (University of Chicago Divinity School), Buddhist minister of Rissho Kosei-kai Los Angeles.
Raised in Japan and trained in the philosophy of Buddhist texts such as the Lotus Sutra, Rev. Mikawa leads each session with gentle presence and deep spiritual grounding.

This sound bath is not just for relaxation — it’s an invitation to reconnect with your inner stillness and discover peace that arises naturally from within.
