Join us for a teaching weekend with Rachelle Macur at our Diamond Way Buddhist Centre in Edmonton. Rachelle Macur has been practicing Diamond Way Buddhism since 2002. In that same year she took refuge with Lama Ole Nydahl. Rachelle has lived in a number of Buddhist centers in the US - including Wisconsin, Minnesota, Hawaii, and Colorado. She currently resides in Denver with her husband, Jim Macur, and two daughters. Rachelle was asked to teach by Lama Ole in 2015. Professionally, Rachelle develops national programs bridging behavioural science and environmental sustainability.
The night will include a short lecture titled, Buddhism in Daily life, followed by a guided meditation on the 16th Karmapa and time for questions and answers. No prior meditation experience required.
