A Budapest Jazz Orchestra 2026-ban Mester Dániel Storytelling Night (2024) és Birta Miklós On The Road (2026) című lemezeiről válogat, illetve a nemzetközi big band zene legnagyobb alakjait jeleníti meg új műsorában, mely tematikával az idei évben több helyszínen is koncertet ad.A 2025-ös évben számos rangos elismerést kapott az együttes. A világ legismertebb és mértékadónak tekintett folyóirata, a DownBeat augusztusban, a világ minden tájáról 251 kritikus által megszavazott „Annual Critics Poll” listáján Rising Star Large Ensemble of the Year kategóriában előkelő helyezést ért el, majd 2025 őszén Pest Vármegye Príma díját nyerte el a zenekar.

In 2026, the Budapest Jazz Orchestra presents a selection from Dániel Mester’s Storytelling Night (2024) and Miklós Birta’s On The Road (2026), alongside works by some of the most iconic figures of international big band music. With this program, the ensemble will perform at multiple venues throughout the year.
In 2025, the orchestra received several prestigious awards. In August, it achieved a prominent ranking in the renowned DownBeat magazine’s “Annual Critics Poll,” voted by 251 critics from around the world, in the Rising Star Large Ensemble of the Year category. Later that autumn, the orchestra was awarded the Pest County Príma Prize.
