April in Singapore brings a particular clarity of light and a shift in the breeze, a climate that demands the high-toned precision of limestone, and granite-grown wines. We are capturing this specific energy for our Wednesday evening tasting room session!
What We’re Pouring
We have curated a lineup of more than 19 cuvées from five domaines that act as intentional caretakers of their respective landscapes. From the limestone heights of Béru to the meticulous parcel-specific vinification of Domaine de la Commaraine and granite soils of the Swartland and more, these producers share a common thread: they allow the raw energy of the site to dictate the final structure of the wine.
Whether it is the biodynamic rigor in Chablis, the ancient vine preservation in South Africa, or the "non-interventionist" slope-work in the Rhône, each bottle serves as a transparent medium for its origin.
The Vibe
Join us in our tasting room for a focused exploration of high-altitude, limestone-driven Chablis and layered Syrah blends to the raw, granite-hewn intensity of the Swartland and more. From this showcase tracks the uncompromising pursuit of agricultural truth across France and South Africa. It will be an intimate tasting focused on good conversation, and a deeper understanding of these terroir architects.
