BTS Tampa Concert Shuttle (Orlando Roundtrip)/Guaranteed Late-Night Return

This shuttle service is for the 2026 BTS Tampa Concert on April 25th, 26th, and 28th.

The concert is the easy part. Getting back is not.

After a BTS concert in Tampa, thousands of people leave at the same time. Uber prices go up fast, wait times get long, and getting back to Orlando becomes the most stressful part of the night.

This shuttle is built to remove that problem.

We provide roundtrip transportation between Orlando (Lake Buena Vista area) and Tampa, with a planned drop-off near Raymond James Stadium and a late-night pickup after the show. You do not need to search for a ride, deal with surge pricing, or worry about how to get back. Once the concert ends, your ride is already set.

Most guests underestimate the total cost of getting to and from Tampa.

This location is used for both pickup and return.

• Free parking available
• Open 24 hours with restrooms and food
• Well lit and active late at night

• Check-in begins: 12:15 PM
• Departure to Tampa: 1:00 PM sharp

After the concert:

• Departure from Tampa: 12:30 AM sharp
• Return to Orlando: Around 3:00 to 4:00 AM depending on traffic

This timing gives a short window after the show to regroup while still avoiding the worst of the late-night congestion.

A BTS playlist will be played during the ride to match the energy of the day. The goal is to keep the experience going from start to finish with other fans.

Light snacks and bottled water will be provided during the ride.

Raymond James Stadium has strict rules on what can be brought inside.

• Larger bags and many items are not allowed
• On-site lockers are limited and require an extra fee

With this shuttle, you can use the vehicle as a secure place to store your belongings before the show.

• Buy merchandise before entering
• Leave items safely in the shuttle
• Avoid carrying extra bags inside
• Skip locker fees

This makes the overall experience much easier.

Optional hotel drop-off in the Lake Buena Vista and Disney area is available if requested.

This is a good option if you prefer to go straight back to your hotel late at night.

This service is organized and operated by fellow ARMY who understand the full experience from before the show to getting back after.

This is not a basic shuttle. It is a structured and reliable setup made for concert attendees who want to focus on the experience instead of logistics.

• Concert tickets are not included
• All guests must arrive on time. Departure will not be delayed
• Minimum of 8 passengers required. If not met, a full refund will be issued
• Guests who miss departure are not eligible for a refund
• After the concert, all guests must return before 12:30 AM. The shuttle will leave at 12:30 AM sharp and cannot wait

Seating is limited and first come, first served. Early booking is recommended.

Final pickup details and hotel drop-off requests will be handled after booking.

Thousands of people will be leaving at the same time.
