Brunk’s Steakhouse features specialty cuts including Tomahawks, Porterhouse, Dry-Aged and Wet-Aged steaks, offering Wagyu, Bone-In Ribeyes, Prime Rib, Filet Mignon, and more. They proudly serve farm-specific RR Ranch Signature and Prime grade meats.
The restaurant also showcases the area’s only visible dry-aging room, a beautiful bar with handcrafted cocktails and curated wines, and an open-kitchen concept that allows guests to experience the culinary craftsmanship firsthand.
