Journey Beyond Sound – Nervous System Reset Series (Brundage Point)
You are invited to Journey Beyond Sound—a gentle sound meditation experience created to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and inner clarity.
Each session offers a calming, supportive space where you’re invited to slow down, settle the body, and gently journey inward.
Participants rest comfortably while being surrounded by intentional sound companions that work together to soothe the nervous system and invite balance.
Sound companions may include:
Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drum, rain column, and natural drums—reflecting the elemental qualities of 🌬️ Air, 🌊 Water, 🔥 Fire, and 🌳 Earth, with a steady central stillness woven throughout the experience.
Sessions close with quiet integration time and optional journaling, allowing sensations and insights to land before returning to daily life.

🧺 What to bring:
