Empowering Black Men to Prioritize Their Mental, Physical, Spiritual & Emotional Health & Build Stronger Connections
Join Men of Courage for the “Brotherhood and Well-Being” Wellness Forum, a transformative and empowering event designed specifically for Black men to foster connection, growth, and holistic wellness.
This free forum will provide a safe and supportive space for Black men to engage in open conversations, gain valuable insights from experts, and develop strategies to strengthen their physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Expert-Led Discussions: Gain insights from health professionals, therapists, and community leaders on topics such as stress management, mental health, nutrition, fitness, and spiritual well-being.
Brotherhood & Connection: Build meaningful relationships with other Black men in an atmosphere of support, understanding, and encouragement.
Interactive Wellness Activities: Participate in guided exercises, mindfulness sessions, and wellness workshops tailored to help you develop healthy habits for a balanced life.
Resources & Support: Access valuable tools and community resources to continue your wellness journey beyond the event.
