The biennial Brookwood Benefit Lunch is back on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at the Marriott Marquis in downtown Houston! Barbara Vilutis and Steve Stephens, CEO of Amegy Bank, are the Event Chairs, and Marcia Smith, Barbara’s sister, is the Brookwood Citizen Honorary Chair.
Deborah Duncan, host and senior producer of KHOU-11 Great Day Houston, will serve as the Emcee, and the Brookwood Handbell Ensemble, who recently were featured at the National Handbell of America annual convention, will entertain guests.
The Vicki Streit Inspiration Award recipient is Mark A. Wallace, President and CEO of Texas Children’s Hospital. During Mr. Wallace’s 30-year tenure and under his leadership, Texas Children’s has grown into one of the nation’s largest and most comprehensive pediatric and women’s health care organizations.
Our Keynote Speaker will be Mark Miller, award-winning author and presenter on leadership, who recently retired as Vice President of High-Performance Leadership after a 40-year career at Chick-fil-A. Mark is a Wall Street Journal bestselling author of 11 books, business leader, speaker, photographer, husband, father, and grandfather.
His mission is to encourage and equip leaders around the world. Mark is the Co-Founder of Lead Every Day.
