Bristol Tails

Learn about the history and culture of Bristol through its famous and not-so famous dogs. You will hear about Bristol’s working dogs, find out why Bristol might be the dog-biscuit capital of the UK, take in some art, and get to meet a couple of celebrity hounds!

This tour will introduce you to the history, geography, people, and dogs of this rebellious and creative trading city.

The tour takes 2 hours and covers about 2 miles including one hill.

Dogs are welcome on the walk, which includes a couple of green spaces for leg-stretching. But we will be walking on busy, noisy pavements in the very centre of old Bristol. Please leave reactive or easily stressed dogs at home - they won’t have fun :(
