The holiday season can be a stressful time of year-but what if you were able to feel happy at peace and grateful for your time with family and friends? Through this workshop we will discuss cortisol the stress hormone its effect on the body and practices to reduce stress and be present in these special moments. Using a combination of some of Shirzad Chamine's Positive Intelligence practices executive function skills and good health habits attendees will leave with a well-rounded plan to take care of themselves throughout the holiday season.
