A supportive Pilates class designed for caregivers of babies and young toddlers. *For this location, please bring your own yoga mat.
Join us for a 45-minute mat Pilates class focused on rebuilding strength, improving posture, and reconnecting with your body—all while keeping your little one close.
Led by a certified Pilates instructor and preschool teacher with a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, this class is designed with both caregivers and young children in mind. While the primary focus is on your workout, we’ll incorporate simple, thoughtful ways to keep babies and toddlers engaged throughout class.
What to Bring:
• A yoga/Pilates mat (if you have one)
• A baby carrier (recommended, especially for younger babies)
• Toys, a blanket, or anything that helps your child stay happy
Your baby may cry or fuss, and that's okay.
