Join us at M4G CrossFit for Bring a Friend Week: April 6–11! Our community is opening the doors for anyone who wants to explore CrossFit, try a class, and experience the energy and encouragement that makes M4G so special.

• Grab a friend (or come solo!)
• Pick ANY class time that fits your schedule during the week
• Show up ready to move, sweat, and have fun
No experience needed. Our coaches will guide you through everything and tailor the workout to any fitness level. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or already active, you’ll feel supported from the moment you walk in the door.
