Plus, you can stay for our SHiNE UPLIFT workout from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.!

**If you are only attending the orientation, you are welcome to stop by anytime between 8 and 9 a.m. Our intention is to get you measured and set up for success quickly.**

THIS WILL BE A ROLLING EVENT in which you can come and get your measurements taken, meet some of the coaches, ask any questions, andand more!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
*Ask any questions about our Go For Gold BRIK (starting January 5, with a bonus prep week starting December 29)! Please try to watch the information video in our big welcome email before this event.
*Our optional BRIK Bingo is returning! Ask Coach Melanie any questions you have regarding your quest to complete at least one row OR a blackout!
*Meet some of your coaches!
*Talk about goal setting!
*In-person measurements will be available during this event only. However, we also will provide everyone with directions and a how-to video to get measured at home if necessary in our BRIK Welcome email.
Kaia FIT Sierra is a women's fitness and nutrition program with FOUR locations across Reno-Sparks that are accessible to all members and BRIK participants.
