This First Friday of the New Year invites you into a deeply grounding experience led by Somatic Practitioner Nicole Lindauer, followed by an immersive sound meditation with Sound Bath by Wyatt.
Somatic practices support the body in gently releasing stored tension, stress, and emotional patterns that often linger long after the year ends. Rather than pushing goals or forcing resolutions, this work invites you to slow down, listen inward, and allow the nervous system to regulate naturally.
Nicole will guide you through accessible somatic practices designed to increase body awareness, promote safety, and create space for release. This work meets you where you are and requires no prior experience.
Following the somatic session, Wyatt will lead a resonant sound meditation using planetary gongs and therapeutic instruments to help integrate the experience. The sound supports deep rest, nervous system settling, and a sense of clarity as you step into the year ahead.
This evening is an invitation to:
• Release what your body has been holding from the past year
• Begin the new year grounded, present, and embodied
• Support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience
• Integrate intention through sound rather than effort
