Join us for a special First Friday of the New Year on January 2, 2026, featuring a powerful collaboration between Somatic Practitioner Nicole Lindauer and Sound Bath by Wyatt.
This experience is designed to help you release what your body has been holding, gently regulate your nervous system, and step into the new year with clarity and ease.
Nicole will guide you through somatic practices that support awareness, grounding, and emotional release — helping your body let go of stress patterns that often linger long after the year ends. These practices meet you exactly where you are and invite deep listening to the body’s wisdom.
Following the somatic work, Wyatt will lead a deeply immersive sound meditation using planetary gongs and resonant instruments to integrate the experience, allowing the body and nervous system to settle, reset, and restore.
