✨ Why us?
- Our Authentic Relating group is designed to promote a small and intimate community limited to 18 to 28 participants. This allows us to co-create an environment where everyone can feel seen and heard.
- One of the key aspects of our group is that we are phone-free. We believe in the importance of privacy and being fully present, so we do not use devices, take pictures, or film events during our exercises.
- We offer a variety of tools to support connectedness in a simple, caring, and genuine environment. Our tutor brings years of experience and training in numerous modalities, including Counselling, Egyptian Essene Therapies, Hypnotherapy, and Energy Healing. This ensures that our sessions are enriched with deep insights and tailored practices.
- We aim to encourage tolerance and understanding between participants. Our approach is rooted in the belief that the beauty of authenticity lies in our humanity and imperfect nature. We understand that mistakes can happen as we learn to be and relate to one another. We may feel challenged and uncomfortable, but we embrace them as part of the learning and growing process.
- We deeply believe in each being's sacredness and the creative potential that lies within. We aim to share the importance of connecting with our sacred and creative nature, allowing the soul to be seen and expressed. By participating in our group, you will experience a space where your true self is honoured and your creative spirit can be explored.

What is Authentic Relating?
Authentic Relating is a structured social interaction that facilitates more profound and authentic ways to relate and express oneself. This practice promotes genuine connections, empathetic listening and understanding between people. It involves being present, honest, and vulnerable and includes group or 1:1 discussions designed to deepen interpersonal connections.
Key principles of Authentic Relating include:
- Presence: Being fully engaged and attentive in interactions without distractions or preconceptions.
- Authenticity: Expressing oneself honestly and openly, without pretence.
- Empathy: Seeking to understand others' perspectives and experiences and demonstrating compassion and support.
- Vulnerability: Willingness to share one's true feelings, thoughts, and experiences, even if uncomfortable or difficult.
- Curiosity: Approaching interactions with an open mind and a genuine interest in learning about others.
- Personal boundaries: Make sure you respect your and others' boundaries.
What will we be doing?
During the event, we will engage in open conversations and discussions on topics related to personal growth and interpersonal dynamics; taking turns, we will share and listen.
You will practice structured, playful and mindful activities designed to develop self-awareness and promote connection, collaboration, mutual understanding, and emotional well-being.
What is Authentic Relating and what is not: Authentic relating is not therapy, but we may use therapeutic tools such as basic counselling skills and open questions, reflection, validation, unconditional positive regard, psychodrama, parts work, creativity, EFT, meditation and somatic bodywork.

I am Maria, Therapist, Coach and Founder of Psychoenergetic Work®.
I help people Break Free from Self-limiting Beliefs, Relational Trauma, and Dysfunctional Emotions. In 2020, I founded the College of Healing Arts, which offers many workshops and training to encourage self-exploration, conscious connections, and a balanced lifestyle.
