Bridget Everett is a singer, actor, writer, and comedian. She is the star, writer, and executive producer of the Peabody Award-Winning HBO original comedy series Somebody Somewhere. The show was named the American Film Institute Television Program of the Year and Bridget received a 2025 Emmy nomination for "Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series" and has also been nominated for "Best Lead Performance in a New Scripted Series" by the Film Independent Spirit Awards and "Individual Achievement in Comedy" by the Television Critics Association Awards.
Known by audiences for her live powerhouse vocals and unpredictable, explosive comedy, Everett won the 2015 Obie Award Special Citation for her hit off-Broadway show, Rock Bottom, at the Public Theater in New York, starring herself and created by her, Scott Wittman, and Marc Shaiman. Bridget has played comedy and cabaret festivals around the world, and recently joined Patti LuPone with the New York Philharmonic.
