About this Event

As part of our ongoing commitment to the Momentum DC community, we invite you to a complimentary “Bridges and Barriers in Communication” workshop on May 19.

The way we listen, respond, and express ourselves shapes our relationships, our work, and the environments we are part of every day.

This community-focused experience is designed for those who want to strengthen how they connect with others, navigate tension with clarity, and communicate in a way that creates understanding rather than distance. You’ll gain practical insights you can apply immediately in your conversations at work, at home, and in your community.

During this workshop, you’ll:

  • Recognize patterns that strengthen or limit connection in relationships
  • Build awareness of how your communication impacts others
  • Strengthen your ability to listen, respond, and lead with intention
  • Deepen your connection to the DC Momentum community

This workshop is free for you and any guests you’d like to bring, including friends or colleagues who are new to Momentum. Guests will receive a special opportunity to continue their experience in a future workshop. Space is limited, so we encourage early registration.

When communication is clear and intentional, it creates stronger relationships, better collaboration, and more meaningful results.

Join us as we invest in our shared growth and community.
