Join us for a special evening of Irish traditional music with acclaimed Ulster flute and fiddle duo Brendan Mulholland and Johnny Murphy at one of Melbourne’s long-standing traditional Irish music venues, The Last Jar.
Widely regarded as one of the finest flute players in Irish music, Brendan Mulholland has earned an international reputation through his powerful performances, critically acclaimed recordings, and masterclasses across Europe and the USA. Joining him is acclaimed Antrim fiddler and master violin maker Johnny Murphy, whose energetic and expressive playing has brought him to stages worldwide with productions including Lord of the Dance and Rhythm of the Dance.
Together, Brendan and Johnny bring a rich, driving sound deeply rooted in the musical traditions of Ulster, combining masterful musicianship, rhythm, and generations of tradition into an unforgettable night of music.
