The Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Experience weaves together gentle movement, rhythmic breathing patterns set to music, and a guided meditation with rotating themes (such as healing the past, empowering the present, or gaining clarity for the future self). Each session closes with integration and optional sharing in a supportive circle. This practice can be deeply transformative, offering new insights each time.
No previous experience is needed, this practice is open to everyone. Simply come as you are, breathe, and see what unfolds.
