Gail Sonnesyn is the founder of Indigo Breath and Wellness, Inc. in Denver. Her passion is to help others release old patterns so that they can live full and vibrant lives. Her guiding principles are GROWTH, SERVICE, LOVE, WISDOM.
She is certified as a functional breathing coach with the Oxygen Advantage® group and as an advanced breathwork practitioner and mentor for the highly accredited Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System®. She offers in-person and online sessions to both individuals and groups.
A 20-year educator, Gail released her recently published children’s book, Soma Finds His Rhythm which guides the reader in self-regulation strategies in a playful and accessible manner.
