IN THIS CLASS, YOU WILL RECEIVE:
An introduction to powerful breathwork practices that help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with your body.
We blend ancient Pranayama techniques with modern somatic breathwork to help you understand not just how to breathe… but when and why to use specific techniques in your daily life.
Each session focuses on one breathwork style, giving you space to learn, feel, and integrate it fully.
We begin with gentle, grounding movement practices like Qi-Gong and fascial release to help open the body, release tension, and prepare your system to receive the breath more deeply.
From there, you’ll be guided through intentional breathwork that supports clarity, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.
We close with grounding, stillness, and time to reflect.. so you can integrate the experience and leave feeling more connected to yourself.
