BREATHWORK MEDICINE is a transformative breathing practice. The breathwork journey can shift old beliefs and negative behavior patterns by releasing stuck energy from the body, mind, and spirit.
In this guided breathwork journey, you’ll learn a simple three-step breathing technique to clear emotional and mental blocks. After setting an intention in a sacred circle and introducing the technique, there will be a 35-minute guided breathwork journey, followed by a 15-minute meditation to help manifest your intentions.
This practice can help ease anxiety, heal emotional wounds, and transform intense feelings like fear, anger, or sadness into peace and compassion.
The Breathwork Journey, enhanced by Shamanic drumming, chanting, and heart-opening music, will raise your vibrational frequency by activating the seat of your consciousness, the Pineal Gland. This sacred experience offers a safe space for deep healing and transformation on the highest energetic level.
