About this Event
Join us for a guided Breathwork Journey designed to help move stagnant or static energy held in the body. Through rhythmic, intentional breath and gentle guidance, we’ll create space for release—physically, emotionally, and energetically—allowing what no longer serves you to soften and clear.
This journey is an invitation to slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with your inner flow. As we breathe together, we open pathways for clarity, renewal, and expansion, making room for whatever is ready to emerge next in your life. Each experience is unique, meeting you exactly where you are.
No prior breathwork experience is needed—just a willingness to breathe, feel, and explore.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more spacious.
ABOUT THE BREATH TECHNIQUE
We will be using breathwork from the Sufi tradition. This breath consists of two breaths in and exhaling once, all in and out of the mouth. This practice can be done sitting up, or laying down.
This breath is a hyperventilation technique. We are breathing at a quicker pace, over oxygenating the blood, which can cause sensations of lightheadedness, increased heart rate, and tingling sensations in the extremities. You might feel warm and start to sweat, or you may start to feel cold. This is not an exhaustive list, and everyone can have a different experience.
Traditionally this breath is done in and out of the mouth, but if you are new to the practice or wanting something gentler, you can always do this practice in and out of the nose.
