Transformational Breath® Workshop & Circle
Transformational Breath® engages with all aspects of the human being. The physical, mental / emotional and the spiritual. You will be guided and supported throughtout by Zoe and Nadia who are both fully trained and certified facilitators. This is a beautiful and safe way to tune in to your nervous sytem. Befriending your breath builds up a relationship with your nervous system improving resilience, bringing balance in to your body and therefore your life. This process by passes the mind and connects you to your inner world and to your body that is the carrier of all your life experiences. We use the breath, hands on accupressure, sound, movement and affirmations to help release tension and open up restricted breathing patterns allowing space for deeper feelings of joy and love, expanded awareness and the possibilty to dissovle limiting beliefs and so much more.
Each individual will experience their own unique journey.
