Breathwork in Bloom is a free community event in Annes Park Rose Gardens.

Come join me at my breathwork class with reiki healing immersed in nature - a space to relax, realign and return to yourself.

Through calming breathwork techniques, reiki healing and intentional stillness we will create a space to slow down, tune in and reconnect within.

Come as you are, bring a yoga mat, blanket and warm clothing.
