All summer long, the lake was just a taste of what this work can really do.
The screaming, the breathing, the letting go - you got a glimpse of what it feels like to actually release what you’ve been carrying.
Now it’s time for the full experience.
Join us for a 90-minute journey designed to help you drop the pressure, reconnect to yourself, and move through whatever’s been sitting on your chest. This is a deeper, more intentional version of what we do outside - with guided breathwork, music, space to settle in, and the environment to fully let go.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on. Some people get cold or warm during breathwork - a hoodie, blanket, or extra layer can help you settle in.
What to Expect:
Journaling / intention-setting to get clear on what you’re releasing.
Guided Breathwork session using conscious connected breathing.
Screaming + emotional release woven into the experience.
A safe, grounded space to process, feel, and reset.
A group energy that’s impossible to explain unless you’ve been in it.
This is for anyone who’s been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, stuck, or holding onto emotions they haven’t had a place to put. No prior breathwork experience needed — just come as you are.
