About this Event
Emotions can get stuck within our body, both on an energetic and a physical level. This class is designed to shake up these emotions and bring them to the surface to be released, by using an active two part inhale, and one exhale. Breathwork is an incredible tool, to help process emotions and bring them to the surface, without falling back into the “story” from where these emotions came from. Drums, gongs, and a variety of other instruments will be used to assist in the emotional release. There will be moments of intensity during the sound immersion. If you are overly sensitive to sound, please bring ear plugs. There will be the use of sacred smoke and oils, to create a healing container to process emotions during this meditation.
* This class is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have a history of seizures, epilepsy, severe PTSD, high blood pressure, or have detached retina. If you have a medical condition you are concerned about, please consult your medical professional.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring a notebook if you would like to write anything down that comes up during the meditation. Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled before the start time of the meditation.
Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the meditation. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hours before the start of the meditation class.
