NEW CLASS - Intentional BreathworkJoin me a new class of intentional guided breathing.
This guided breathwork session will focus on some simple, practical techniques to help you to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your own energy.
Why intentional breathing? Our breathing patterns directly affect the nervous system, a system that can impact all parts of our physiological and psychological wellbeing.
Really it's that important!
In this class, you’ll learn how to assess your current breathing patterns and practice some breathing techniques to help shift stress and guide you into a more balanced state of being.
The session will include some very slow movements to make space for the breath, and will include several techniques of breathing, that are suitable to all levels and experience with breathwork.
You’ll leave with:
• Some tools to help manage stress in daily life
• A better understanding of your own breathing habits
• A calmer, more grounded version of yourself
