Come join us for a transformative experience at our Breathwork Ceremony! This event is designed to help you connect with your breath, release stress, and tap into a deeper sense of inner peace. Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this ceremony is open to all.
In this 2-hour ceremony, Kallan will guide you into a state of wholeness and relaxation to let go of what is no longer is serving you. This style of breathwork is a 3-part intuitive breath. Some benefits to this include:

- Creating presence and safety for yourself to live from integrity within your Soul
- Repatterning limiting beliefs
- Regulating your nervous system to experience renewal and clarity
