Solaia Breathwork takes its name from Solaia, meaning “the place where the energy of the sun radiates,” reflecting the way this practice helps awaken the radiant life force within. Through a connected, circular breathing pattern, participants are guided into a meditative state that calms the nervous system and opens access to deeper layers of consciousness.
