Intro to the Fundamentals of Breathing & Yoga Nidra
In this session, we will explore and practice:
• Why nasal breathing, belly (diaphragmatic) breathing, and slow, smooth, gentle, unhurried breathing
and
• Deep relaxation and guided visualization through Yoga Nidra
matter
Together, these practices help regulate the nervous system, support heart health, and cultivate greater balance, relaxation, and peaceful presence in daily life.
