About this Event
Sound Bath Expectations:
Crystal singing bowls produce frequencies that interact with your body's energy field - helping to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and promote emotional release. Sound healing supports shifts in brainwave activity, gently guiding the mind into theta and delta states — the same deeply restorative states associated with meditation, creativity, and deep sleep. This is where true rest, healing, and emotional processing can begin. You don’t need to do anything during a sound healing session - simply lie back, receive, and allow the frequencies to wash over you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally tender, or just in need of deep rest, sound healing offers a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
Breathwork Expectations:
These guided breath sessions are designed to help you discover the strength your breath has on your overall health. You will learn how to release tension, calm your mind, and reconnect with your heart. Through gentle, mindful breathing, and awareness of your body, you’ll create space for relaxation, self-awareness, and inner balance.
