The ultimate relaxation session to end the weekend and ease ourselves into the week ahead. We'll begin our time together with some beginner friendly breathwork, entirely optional but such a powerful tool to help us be feel grounded and fully present to receive the healing and soothing frequencies of the Himalayan, crystal & alchemy singing bowls. These ancient instruments are gentle and soothing, known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow to use for the sound bath, and anything else that will help you feel more comfortable. Some people like a bolster or pillow under their knees, or additional mats for more padding, and some people like to bring their own garden chair or similar. You will be laying down for most of the session, so being comfortable and warm is so important for you to be able to fully relax. Please note that the floor is wooden at this venue. There is always an option to be seated on one of the hall chairs if this is preferred, although please note they do not have any head support. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink of water with you. If you need to borrow any equipment for your experience please do let me know in advance of the session.
This monthly session takes place at Upper Sheringham Village Hall. Located next to Sheringham Park, and nestled amongst the beautiful cottages and church that make the village such a special place, the hall is unique, charming, and peaceful. Free parking is available at the hall which is easy to find and only 5 minutes from Sheringham.
