About this Event
Breathwork is a simple activity that can be used as a tool to improve mental, and physical health. Breathwork meditation involves consciously and mindfully changing one’s breathing pattern to achieve relaxation.
During these sessions, we will explore how breathwork can help us and we will practise some basic exercises followed by a moment of relaxation and breakfast, so we start our day with energy and clarity.
There are many reported benefits of breathwork meditation, from reducing stress and anxiety to improving quality of sleep, and mood. It may also help to alleviate symptoms of certain physical illnesses.
