Breath-work & Sound Medicine: This Workshop is designed to return you to your Highest Self. Katrina will lead you through some pranayama (breath practice), and take you into a long savasana where she will bathe you in the sounds of singing bowls and a gong. Moving your brain waves from Beta (high energy waves associated with stress, anxiety, and worry) to Theta (between awake and asleep, subconscious mind, deep relaxation, and inner peace).
