Join experienced Healers and Facilitators Natasha (Body Therapist) and Estelle (Sound Healing) for an immersive and deeply healing afternoon of breathwork and sound healing in the stunning and spacious studio 1 at Jacksons Lane, Highgate, North London.Understanding and connecting to our breath and experiencing the ancient healing modality of Sound at such a profound level, will lead to even greater relaxation, releasing, rebalancing, and healing. Expect the alchemical effects of this workshop to be potentially shifting and transformative.
During this 2hr and 30 minutes immersive and healing workshop, you will first discover the benefits of breathwork and how it can become your own self-care tool, followed by an hour of deeply immersive sound, finishing with time for integration and a herbal tea.
The Breath
We breathe on average 21,000 breaths a day. With each in and out take of breath we are able to control our internal systems improving both our physical and mental health. However, as we move through life, many of us unlearn how to breathe optimally.
You will learn simple breathwork practices to help you understand how to breathe optimally, to regulate your nervous system and remain in your Window of Tolerance. You will leave with a number of practices and techniques that you can integrate into your daily routine to support your overall well-being.

Expect to drop even deeper into your relaxed state, whilst the sound bathes your entire system and works at a cellular level to clear anything that you are ready to release, rebalancing you mentally and physically to activate deep healing.
Sound healing raises your vibration, connecting you to your higher self, which creates space for profound insights, shifts and transformation to take place.
