Breathwork and Meditation in Nature ✨
Take a pause from the noise of the week and join us for a 45-minute guided breathwork and meditation session in nature, held by the lake in a calm, supportive group setting.
This session is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reset your nervous system. Through conscious breathing and guided meditation, you’ll be invited to release stress, reconnect with your body, and return to a sense of clarity and ease.
No experience is needed - this space is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
