In this 90 minute session, we'll help you find a total nervous system reset using the breath. After connecting with the body, enjoy a deep rest supported by acupuncture and sound.
Victoria Liu, trained in Kundalini yoga and traditional pranayama, will guide you through a relaxing breathwork session to help you find a cozy home within the body, a safe space that you can always return to using one of our most valuable and accessible tools - our breath. The breath is pure life force energy, and deep breathing supplies the body with an abundance of oxygen which in turn helps every single cell of our being.
Britt Peterson, is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine and will offer acupuncture during savasana to help balance yin and yang energies. The Acupuncture used during the session will help you connect deeper into your physical body as well as your energetic body, and allow you to reach a deeper sense of internal harmony.

Britt Peterson
Britt is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Doctor of Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine, as well as Pilates & Yoga teacher based out of Berkeley, CA. She is passionate about helping her patients and clients feel fully alive in their body, mind, and soul. Through movement, natural medicine modalities, self-awareness, and laughter, she believes we can experience a joyful and abundant life. She weaves the ancient philosophies of Chinese Medicine into her modern movement practices and incorporates healthy movement principles into her acupuncture practice. While she treats all humans, she specializes in working with teens & young adults suffering from anxiety and depression, people in pain, those who feel detached from their purpose, burnt-out female-identifying folks, as well as pregnant and post-natal mamas.

Victoria Liu
Victoria’s journey with yoga and Eastern healing modalities started over 15 years ago, with a formative period during her undergrad studies at UCLA, where she facilitated Kundalini breathwork sessions as a stress management tool in clinical research. Her journey continued with deep healing from the many challenges children of immigrant parents often face. For over a decade she worked in the fast-paced and high-pressure environment of the tech and start up world, adding to the physical, mental and emotional exhaustion. The relentless focus on productivity led to severe burnout, and she eventually pursued deep healing in her life by embracing Kundalini yoga and breathwork to help her recover her nervous system, as well as regain mental and emotional health. This transformative experience inspired her to guide others in managing stress and working with the nervous system, offering them tools to reconnect to their body. Combining Eastern modalities with an understanding of modern day psychology, she uses these transformative practices to help others connect to their spirit and awaken their inner strength and life force energy.
